I’ve worked alongside some of the best talents in American cuisine: Brendan Sodikoff and Gavin Kaysen. Two extraordinary people that shine with talent and hard-work.

I use my knowledge of food and dining to dive further into different cultures from around the world.

We visit the sweet, spicy flavors of southeast Asia, the bold, rich flavors of France/India, the clean and refined South American, and the complex umami of Asia.

One thing: the best meal is typically found down an alley somewhere - don’t be afraid to try it.
